We are beyond thrilled to share that two of our very own team members, Gina McClifty (Head of Broadcast) and Zoe Zropf (COO and Chief of Staff), were honoured with prestigious Rise Women in Broadcast awards yesterday morning at ceremony in London. These awards celebrate exceptional women in the broadcast industry, and we couldn’t be more proud to see Gina and Zoe recognised for their leadership, dedication, and impact.

Gina received the Technical Operations Award, a category recognising leadership and excellence in broadcast technology and operations. Judges praised Gina as the clear winner for her unwavering commitment to delivering seamless broadcasts. One judge noted that Gina consistently “embodies leadership principles” and “goes above and beyond to ensure everything within her control runs smoothly.” Her ability to manage complex technical operations and ensure the audience’s experience remains uninterrupted has been invaluable to our team and clients alike.

Gina’s recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication she brings to every project at DoubleTake Sports. Her leadership in technical operations plays a key role in the success of our broadcasts, ensuring the highest standard of quality for all viewers.

Zoe was recognised with the Rising Star Award, a category that highlights the achievements of young professionals who are already making a significant impact on the industry. One judge commented that after reading Zoe’s entry, they “wanted to stand up and give her a round of applause,” praising her rapid rise within the industry. “She has achieved so much in such a short period – she has hit the ground running to make an impact on the industry and is already seen as a leader,” the judge added.

Zoe’s recognition as a Rising Star is a reflection of her drive, vision, and the leadership qualities she brings to her role as Chief of Staff. Since joining DoubleTake Sports, Zoe has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, enhancing team collaboration, and driving our company’s success.
