➡️ The Role
The Crewing Coordinator will work within our Production Department to lead the operational delivery of our live events.
In this role, you will be part of ensuring the success of our live productions, which starts with crewing, logistics and planning. Managing a small team and a pool of over 150+ operators nationally, you will work with Production staff to crew events, ensuring all specifications and objectives are met. You will see productions through from start to finish, handing over to and briefing the Production and Live Operations teams for delivery.
➡️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage our pool of 150+ operators nationally, communicating on a job-basis and individually where required.
• Coordinate the rostering of staff and contractors for the delivery of all works.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes for the planning, coordination and delivery of all works.
• Plan and execute travel bookings related to live events.
• With Production teams, ensure production budgets are met.
➡️ Employment Status and Location
We are seeking someone who can work full-time and based in either Brisbane, QLD or Sydney, NSW. We support flexible working and will consider a part-time role if requested by an excellent candidate.
We are seeking candidates that are available to start no later than late February 2026.
➡️ Salary Range
$72,500–$80,000 per annum (excluding superannuation), based on skills and experience.

Our ideal candidate has:
• Experience in event management or operations, ideally in a sports or entertainment context.
• Good administrative and computing skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills
